Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Strategic human resource development:
    •  Strategic human resources development with a focus on competencies
    • Job assignment
    • Job Description
  • Leadership:
    • Responsible for the wellbeing, performance and development of all HR staff.
    • Sparring partner/coach for the entire HR team
    • Leadership of colleagues in HR administration and recruiting
  • Projects:
    • Responsible for managing HR projects, implementing and improving HR systems and tools, procedures and policies.
    • Continuous communication and cooperation with management and senior management.
  • Recruiting:
    • Responsible contact person for all recruiting topics
    • Planning and conducting regular staff requirement interviews with the Leadership Team
    • Planning/conducting and evaluating job interviews
    • Planning and coordination of contract preparation and onboardings

Your Profile

  •  Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Knowledge of organisational development
  • High social competence, assertiveness and good communication skills
