- Sparring partner/coach for the entire HR team
- Leadership of colleagues in HR administration and recruiting
- Responsible for managing HR projects, implementing and improving HR systems and tools, procedures and policies.
- Continuous communication and cooperation with management and senior management.
- Responsible contact person for all recruiting topics
- Planning and conducting regular staff requirement interviews with the Leadership Team
- Planning/conducting and evaluating job interviews
- Planning and coordination of contract preparation and onboardings
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Knowledge of organisational development
- High social competence, assertiveness and good communication skills
