Are you interested in building an Amazon-like ecommerce solution for the B2B market?

Your primary responsibilities include:
  • Customer care – Independent support of German customers from the first customer inquiry to the after-sales service
  • Arrangement of customer appointments for the product lead
  • Mailing campaigns and telephone follow-up in the course of product campaigns
  • Elaboration and active follow-up of offers, including clarification of questions regarding billing etc.
  • Checking and processing incoming orders
  • Administration of customer data in the CRM system
  • Advising customers by phone on simple technical issues

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial vocational training or technical vocational training with further commercial training
  • Initial experience in internal sales for technical products requiring explanation
  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
  • Service-oriented, communicative and resilient personality
  • Good written and spoken German
  • Structured way of working
  • Sense of responsibility and team spirit
